"Daniel and his team, Ashley & Chris took on a difficult remodelling of the garden and patio at a high-end property in preparation for sale in Edwalton. This involved raising ground levels to create a split family & entertaining garden, lowering a wrap round retaining wall and retiling in excess of 200m2 of patio. They carried out all the landscaping, tree planting, building works and tiling over a 6 week period. The glass balustrades also had to be completely removed and refitted. It was a very challenging contract which they completed with aplomb, working with me as the design evolved to find optimum solutions. DKB Construction Ltd are also currently acting as main contractor for me on a new build , 6 Bedroom Luxury House , undertaking works and supervising add on trades for the entire shell build . This project has run very smoothly to date with Daniel working personally on the project to ensure a quality finish. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DKB for all aspects of building work ."
